Project Description

The newly proposed parking structure will provide parking for County agencies, judicial facilities, jury parking, County employees, and the general public in support of the government center, and the downtown Redwood City retail businesses and events.  The Project will be located on the corner of Veterans Boulevard and Middlefield Road just north of the existing County Parking Garage (400 Middlefield Road) in Redwood City, CA. The newly proposed LEED certified parking structure is intended to be a multi-story structure that has  parking capacity for 850-1200 vehicles total and be fully automated with self-service payment kiosks on each floor for patron parking payment. The building will serve as a gateway into the Government Center creating a sense of arrival.
